Indepth Dives 22nd October 2006
Well Norm couldn’t make it but we all did and had fun The weather was far from ideal, the water was at the warmer end of cold, but who cares, we were underwater. Duncan Good get to see weedy sea dragons in their natural environment and amazed to see how placid and serene they were. Had fun playing with the squid on the night dive and swimming with some big schools of fish during the day. Thanks to the crew for making it a great trip – looked after us well and food was great. David Great trip, so nice to have people to take care of us. Diving was great, in spite of the wind. Tons of wobbies at the nursery were fun to see and saw our first couple nudibranchs and sea hares. Great food, a comfortable bed and awesome folks (crew and divers). You’ll probably see us again. Ian & Adrienne. What a great place to spend a weekend, or any time of the week really. Just watch out for what the toys get up to late at night, they move around and get up to all sorts of things! Beware!!!! Tanya Smith Great time….Once my dry suit lived up to the expectation of being "DRY"! Aahhh , dryness – made the whole experience here at Jervis so-o much better. –Amanda Really comfortable accommodation, great food and good post-dive service. Look forward to my next trip. Martin Was a great weekend. Although weather wasn’t that great still had a ball. Great people, great food and best of all great diving.. Jess Another great weekend on Ocean Trek. As others have said the weather was a little less than perfect but it was a fantastic weekend. Great people, great team on the boat and cool dives with lots of different things to see. Thanks to the Ocean Trek team for making it so easy and thanks to BTW, Ari said to say thanks for a great weekend :-) everyone on e board for a great weekend. Ciao Josh (aka ziggy shetland) Hi Guys, Well I didn’t get to give the coconut oil a whirl however there was plenty of fun to be had with our dive gear on! Thanks for the great food and service as always with a smile! Wazza was a navigating guru-thanks for that. Ziggy Shetland made a cameo appearance once again and what an "appearance" it was. My tip of the day is "be aware of orrifice fish! I have heard they bite your good bits!" Cheers Haley ps the snoopy on board is a deviate! Great crew, great yummy fresh food and great bunch of divers. Thanks for the weekend –thoroughly enjoyable. Colleen My first serious weekend with the camera, and we had lots of
opportunities for great shots – and best of all a helpful and supportive crowd
to appreciate amateur efforts and give useful tips! The food was wonderful and
the dive support was great – a well run ship, thanks to all the crew. The
memory of Carlie cleaning the back of the cupboard will linger for a ling time…
