Danger in Jervis Bay 25 MACH 2007
The instructions for the weekend were simple enough,,,,,breath in breath out…..repeat as necessary our dive brief was simple…..go down swim around and come back. Our professional crew kept us in the water. Easy entries, easy navigation, great dive sties. No matter how many times you dive this location, it is always a great thrill to dive. The liveaboard is very comfortable and the food is plentiful and yummy. Thanks. Lovely large school of squid dropping eggs, was the highlight of the night dive, the hard southerly were the low point, great food and wonderful crew and pax made it a great trip, highly recommended. Hmmm muffins, pancakes, roast, tacos!!! Oh yes and the diving is not too shabby. Diving in JB on a rebreather is the best experience. Heaps of Sea Dragons, Eastern Blue Devil Fish, and heaps more. The bloody southerly came up hard, and we stuck for the rest of Sunday behind Bowen Island. Still the diving was great. Great boat, great crew, the best way to dive in JB, thanks guys J I learned to dive in January this year – good to take up a new sport at 58! And what a thrill it has been. But the highlight has been this weekend, great company, fantastic food, I have been so well "looked after". The diving has been perfect – so much to see and very diverse. And Jervis Bay is very beautiful. The perfect diving holiday. Coming back for another weekend? – you bet!
