John’s 50 yrs of Diving 30th March 2008
Yet another wonderful weekend of diving on Ocean Trek. The water was cool & lots of amazing things to see. It was great to help John celebrate 50 yrs of diving. I’ll be doing it another 17 yrs, good stuff John. Saw an amazing nudibranch Armina on a sea pen at Murray’s Sand line. Thanks once again to Mick & lyn & the crew for a fun weekend. Well after 50 years since I first started diving with oxygen re-breathers and
then 15 years ago I started diving on the Ocean Trek, on it first dive charter
with Aussat to Drum & Drumsticks. I have had many great trips but as usuall
I have again had a very enjoyable weekend, especially my last dive with Lynn on
Saturday, this dive I will remember for a very long time, especially the
abundance of sea life since the last time I dived, which was 2 years ago. Thanks
again Lyn & Mick , who allowed me to enjoy a goal I have had for a long
time, also to the Staff, who go out of their way to assist & help you to
have a great diving & eating experience, also to the divers aboard who were
extremely amicable. Thank you very much Joh & Fay Thanks for a top weekend. John Conolly. 30.3.08. If you have never been on oceantrek then you have missed a great weekend of Diving. Put it on a must do list as soon as possible. Im coming again for the twelfth time. Doc
Thankyou for a great weekend, It was lovely being here for John’s 50th year of diving. What a champion. The diving was awesome, saw heaps. The staff, the company and the food were all fantastic. We will definitely be coming back to do it all over again. Can’t wait too. Heidi, Clinton and Alisha Enjoyed the nostalgia – it’s been about 10 years since the first experience on Ocean Trek. The diving was mixed but always enjoyable and the weather was great, the food prepared with a smile and a laugh and more than adequate. Thanks to the crew for the enjoyable weekend. Mark R
