Tropics at 14 Degrees 1st Febuary 2009
Imagine: your are on a big boat, the sun shines onto the rock cliffs, you jump into the crystal clear blue water, you dive down to 25 meters, the visibility is 30 meters plus, you admire the purple and green tulips, you spot a colourful nudibranch, a blue groper checks if you are going to feed him a sea urchin, and you think to yourself: this is just like in the tropics! The only difference is the water temperature: it’s 14 degrees in Jervis Bay! Karin What great down time away from Sydney. Terrific crew on a terrific vessel. Lively chatter and unreal diving conditions. Lots of life in gorgeous Jervis Bay, anything from curious bull rays to aggro moray eels; what a laugh. Thanks for a great weekend Ocean Trek, see you soon. Matt Taylor This is the first Australian Live Aboard and there is only one word I can say FANTASTIC!!!! For a novice diver like myself the gang took special care to ensure I always felt relaxed. The food was excellent, fresh and healthy. Thanks guys, definitely returning – will try for 5 days.
