The Gang of 2006

5th-10th February 2006

Kim

An other year with good company, good times and great great people. As for the diving well it improved throughout the week. "I’ll be back!" Next year is already booked.

Welcome to the chronicles of ALGAE BOY!!! With his gay superhero wetsuit and utility belt, he’s slimly like snot and fishy as last weeks fish guts, all this and he still remains a mummy’s favourite boy. As he fights the evils of sand navigation, to eventually find the compass bearing and stick to it, a harrowing 100 bar to get from Ocean Trek to the docks!

Even with his utility belt Algae Boy was twice thwarted by the evil sand navigation monster in his search for the lost blue fin - eventually found by his mother on the first attempt!

Algae Boy currently awaits the return of the Man Yeti, half fish, half sasquatch, the Yeti remains completely absent at this time.

Old Man of the Sea and One Eyed Kenny, are planning a rescue mission followed by an around love-in upon the return of the Yeti.

Another great time with Ocean Trek, both above and below the water. Many thanks to everyone for the great company and extra special thanks Mick, Lyn and Suzie for their professional hospitality.Alreotheady looking forward to next time. Geoff B. & Alan W.

Another great Feb on OT. 7 days of fun and great diving with my buddies diver Ken, Nev, Alan, Geoff, John, Old Man of the Sea, Gordy, Kim and of course my 2 fav sons Brendan and Darren (who has turned into a masked marvel/superhero) new gear will do that to you every time. Special thanks to Lyn, Mick and cookie Sue for everything. Can’t wait to get waisted with cookie again next Feb. She does wonderful things with oranges, coffee, sugar and a bottle of frozen vodka (you go girl).
